Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup oats quaker
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cups almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 tsp egg white

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a powerful blender and blend until silky smooth, Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Notes

Optional: You can add a scoop of vanilla protein powder to boost the protein content and make it more filling
